Next, from New York City

For the next several weeks, I will staying in New York City. This means a few things: 


  • What I post might be constrained a little bit by what is available readily in NYC, although I know that most Indian ingredients are available.


  • I will instead take it as a chance to experiment with new ingredients and maybe new recipes. Now since many of my beloved readers are based in North America, I am looking forward to your suggestions – which is your favorite non-Indian ingredient, especially that fits well with Indian cooking.


  • And finally, if any of you happen to be in and around NYC or are visiting the city, send me an email. Maybe we can meet over some good cooking !

    Wow, lucky you to be living in NYC. Hope you get to go to the union square farmers market, and try all the ethnic cuisine available in NYC.
