Sankashti Dates for 2009

Posted on Updated on

Last year around this time I put up Sankashti dates for 2008 and its time again to put up dates ( and moonrise timings ) for 2009. If there happen to be updates to this list – whether dates or moonrise timings – I will put them up.

Note that this year Sankashti falls on Tuesdays in the month of May and September. The special mention of Tuesdays is highlighted for the reason that there are some people who only follow Sankshtis falling on Tuesdays, Lord Ganesh’s day.

Meanwhile, read more on Sankashti including my puja procedure here.

Is it correct? Plz clarify my doubts.
