can u please enlighten us with exciting recipes which include flax seeds (alsi in hindi, avise ginjalu in telugu) as its main ingredient.

heard this wonderful ingredient has omega-3 fatty acid and is helpful in managing cholesterol levels.

perhaps these recipes can help the hundreds of people who visit this site in the meanwhile too.

Hello Pratibha Pachi,

From the last 3 days day in and out I’m trying out different recipes posted by you and they are just turning out excellent. I tried out Nippat, Shevai, pineapple pudding, almond burfi and now want to try out the others too. they are truly no-fail and exact recipes.. Tomorrow I shall try Maida chakuli and see how it turns.

I live in Bahrain and after seeing your site I feel I was in mangalore it feels really good.. Keep up the good work and we would like to see more items on the site..BTW since its rainy season can you post alambe bhutti??

Thanx a lot for ur commments. Please pass on the link to ur friends. I think i can post alambe ambat this time, but bhuthi could be cext year since the season is over. The rains were untimely and alambe was scanty so i have the recipe of alambe ambat in my list. prepared and posted last year. I will post that soon.
